Ordering

To order, simply click ‘Shop’, select a category, view the product you wish to purchase and click "Add to Cart". You may continue to browse or complete your purchase once products have been added to your cart. Your order status is available in "My Account" when logged in as a member. All orders are irreversible after payment has been made. 


Payment

AYAM™ Australia accept payments via PayPal. PayPal payments are made with your personal PayPal account as well as Visa, MasterCard and American Express. To create a Paypal account, simply visit the official PayPal website here.

All prices are GST inclusive.


Shipping and Delivery

AYAM™ Australia ship all products via Australia Post and only within Australia. Once you have added items to your cart, the postage calculator is available in the Shopping Cart page to estimate the total shipping cost. Simply enter your State and Zip/Postal Code to calculate postage. Signature on Delivery will automatically be applied on all orders. 

Postage is determined by total weight of order and destination. As deliveries are made by Australia Post, our delivery policy is subject to their terms and conditions.

Orders are packed daily and dispatched every Monday and Thursday afternoon. Orders made after 2pm will be packed the following working day. Most orders should arrive within 5 working days. 


Returns and Refunds

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.

     1. Please email help@ayam.net.au with your Order # to request an exchange/refund and we will assign you a Tracking #.
     2. Mail your returned item to:

     3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and a printed version of the order confirmation/order invoice.

Items cannot be returned if they have been opened, used or are in unsaleable condition. 

All returns and refunds must fulfil the following conditions:

1. All products to be exchanged or refunded must be sent in re-saleable condition to 11 Melissa Place, Kings Park, NSW, 2148, Australia.
2. All products can only be exchanged with the same product or another product of the same or lower value. This does not apply to refunds.
3. All exchange and refunds must be accompanied by a printed version of the order confirmation/order invoice.
4. All refunds will be made to customers’ PayPal account.
